Refund Policy

At AeroVance Solutions Inc., we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity and safety of our aircraft parts. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • The part is returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • The part is unused, in original packaging, and with all certifications and documentation intact.

  • The part is not a custom order or special procurement item.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

  • Electrical components once opened.

  • Items installed, used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

  • Special-order or custom-fabricated items.

  • Parts sold as “As Removed” or “For Repair”.

  • Hazardous materials or items subject to aviation safety restrictions.

3. Return & Refund Process

  1. Contact us at info@aerovance.ca to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Once approved, ship the item to the address provided in your RA confirmation.

  3. All returns must be shipped prepaid and insured; we do not accept COD shipments.

  4. Upon receipt and inspection, if approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Refund Method

Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied to returned items to cover inspection, handling, and administrative costs.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect part:

  • Notify us within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Provide photos and order details for verification.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

7. International Orders

International returns must comply with all export/import regulations.
Customs duties, taxes, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
